Market Success
Character #1, Kiara, launched and received the first customer within 15 minutes and 4,000+ Instagram followers in week 1. The rapid growth demonstrated the platform's potential and the demand for high-quality, realistic character content. We validated many long-held beliefs about the viability of this type of content with support from paid platforms like Fanvue that openly support AI creators and crossing the quality barrier of what is acceptable for the market.
Workflow Optimization and Character Consistency
Integrated HiDream technology, reducing production time from 5+ hours to 30 minutes. The model has significantly better prompt adherence and is much more intelligent. We subjectively thought the level of facial beauty was higher due to the high adherence to every facial detail in the prompt. We no longer need to perform the character LoRA process from last month.
Deep-Dive into Character Creation
Began custom character creation through fine-tuned LoRA training on Flux models. We started training our own models to achieve the best results for our characters. We used ControlNets and complex workflows for dataset preparation, then trained 40 different low-rank adapter fine-tunes for different characters in RunPod.
Realistic Animations
Implemented Wan 2.1 model for image-to-video capabilities, achieving stable animations and strategic planning. Previously, I never achieved what I wanted from animation models, and even the best performers were not good enough. But Wan 2.1 is the best open-source animation model I've seen so far, and I'm excited to see what the future holds for this technology!
Realistic Images
We reached the point with SD XL where the juice wasn't worth the squeeze. We always had to hide the hands behind her back because of the deformed quality we got half the time. We couldn't fix this anymore or make it better. We thought it might be tough but initiated a strategic transition from SDXL to Flux models, achieving photorealistic content generation for the first time. SDXL often produced cartoonish results or biological deformations. It was definitely worth the minor switching cost because this domain is expanding rapidly, and we can now create content that is truly photorealistic.
Beginnings of Commercialization
We began work on an AI content generation suite for adult content. We invested several months of work into this, but it really wasn't the best focus. I thought with this type of idea I could easily be beaten by the big players, and I saw about 10 better copies of what I did. I decided to stick it out but get more creative with the content.
R&D Foundation
Extensive research phase establishing core competencies in AI content generation and market analysis. I began using tools like A1111 and ComfyUI, and started to understand SD XL. I first became impressed at this stage when I discovered how to properly use the AfterDetailer, how inpainting works, ControlNets, etc. I took some experience in model training from Meta, where I still worked at the time, but had to get familiar with the new and rapidly evolving tools and models. A daunting task, but I was curious and determined to learn more.
Advanced AI Technology Stack
We ditched Stable Diffusion and don't use old models with poor anatomy support. Our hands always have five fingers, and we are not two-faced. We don't use low-quality web wrappers for outdated models, and design our own workflows and train our own models on professional hardware. We started to view 2 years as a good timeframe for complete overhaul of the model stack, as we did it once and like the results.
HiDream Superior Generation
Transitioned to HiDream technology for its exceptional prompt adherence and superior facial beauty generation. HiDream solved critical consistency issues and elevated our character quality to industry-leading standards with their multimodal foundation model.
Wan 2.1 Image-to-Video
Our breakthrough image-to-video pipeline using Wan 2.1 from Alibaba Cloud generates 3-5 second photorealistic videos at high framerates. This open-source technology transforms static character images into dynamic, lifelike content optimized for social media platforms.
Advanced Prompt Engineering
Leveraging DeepSeek, Qwen, and Claude AI models for sophisticated prompt generation and refinement. Our multi-model approach ensures optimal character personality consistency and scene description accuracy across all generated content.
Scalable GPU Infrastructure
Evolved from single RTX 4090 laptop development to cloud-based Nvidia H100 clusters. Our robust infrastructure now supports content generation for 10+ characters simultaneously, producing more quality content than current market demand.
Social Media Scaling Focus
Identifying social media distribution as the primary growth barrier rather than content creation. Our production capacity far exceeds current sales channels, driving our strategic pivot toward platform optimization and audience scaling.

Robert brings proven expertise in large-scale ML systems, content optimization, and platform algorithms directly to Niyout's character development and distribution strategies. He is a former Machine Learning Engineer at Meta, specializing in Instagram and Facebook advertising ranking models that control how billions of ads are displayed across Meta's platforms. He began playing with AI models like Stable Diffusion in 2023, and in 2024 he began to build Niyout's main business.
Today, he oversees all workflow design and execution, managing partnerships with promoters and contractors while leveraging AI to streamline operations. His deep understanding of social media algorithms and engagement optimization drives our characters' unprecedented success in capturing audiences and generating revenue.
